Mind Reader Limitations (November 2020) - even detecting a thought is unreliable

- The (non tree) Mind Reading Essay Helper algorithm from November 25 2020 detects thoughts unreliably, making it too difficult to base a Mind Reading OS on.  It gave hope at the start returning 3 (out of 1,2,3) with no thoughts, and seemed to respond to something like algorithm specifications thought of, and then background thoughts (especially when looking away).  Later, it returned strings of 1s and 2s when there were no thoughts (perhaps interference).  I am not sure if it was the right version of Essay Helper MR, because months before I remember a screen with readings only when there was a thought, but this might have been as unreliable as it is now.
